This document notifies you that:

1. On 27 June 2024, an application for putting WAITONUI HOLDINGS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2024-419-166. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, 12 August 2024 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant limited partnership, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
