This document notifies you that:

1. On 5 July 2024, an application for putting SOS NO:1 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2024-441-38. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 25 July 2024 at 2.15pm.
