This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 June 2024, an application for putting WAITONUI MILLTRUST AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS FARM MANAGEMENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, WMAH FARM MANAGEMENT GENERAL PARTNER LIMITED, WAITONUI MILLTRUST AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and WAITONUI MILLTRUST AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS GENERAL PARTNER LIMITED (all in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2024-404-1290. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 2 August 2024 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the first to fourth defendants, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are WMAH Farm Management General Partner Limited and Waitonui Milltrust Agricultural Holdings General Partner Limited (both in receivership), whose address for service is C/O- Buddle Findlay, Level 18, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.
