This document notifies you that:

1. On 12 April 2024, an application for putting HELLO CONSTRUCTION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2024-404-853. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 14 June 2024 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Anson Construction NZ Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is c/- Secure Collections & Investigations, 1 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Alden Ho of Crimson Legal Limited.
