This document notifies you that:

1. On 3 November 2023, an application for putting DELTA ROOFING SERVICES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-2636. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 8 February 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Rex Alan Godso and James Edward Webber (as Trustees of The Wentworth Trust), whose address for service is at 1 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Brett Leeson Martelli of Martelli Yaqub Lawyers Limited, whose address is as noted above.
