This document notifies you that:

1. On 15 January 2024, an application for putting DE MAUTLANT INVESTMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2024-412-4. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on 24 April 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
