This document notifies you that:

1. On 12 March 2024, an application for putting KARIKAAS NATURAL DAIRY PRODUCTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2024-409-119. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 18 April 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are John Mary Lamers and Heather Lynley Lamers, whose address for service is at Lane Neave, Level 5, 141 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch 8013. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is M. D. W. King, whose address is as noted above.
