1. On 29 February 2024, an application for putting MCMLXX LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2024-409-111. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Thursday, 18 April 2024 at 10.00am.
