This document notifies you that:

1. On 2 February 2024, an application for putting MATH KAURI LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2024-485-50. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 16 April 2024 at 10.00am.
