This document notifies you that:

1. On 27 February 2024, an application for putting CFGC FOREST MANAGERS (NZ) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2024-404-370. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 18 April 2024 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
