This document notifies you that –

1. On 30 November 2023 an application for putting PARK WORLD LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-2881. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 21 March 2024 at 10.45am.
2. The defendant company is hereby informed of the proceedings and that the High Court has directed that service of the proceedings be effected including by way of advertising, with the date of service being the last of the dates on which this advertisement is published or an email attaching the relevant documents was sent to the company’s tax agent.
3. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
4. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the Plaintiff’s address for service.
5. The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Inland Revenue, Legal Services, 5 Osterley Way, Manukau City, Auckland 2104.
