This document notifies you that:

1. On 20 February 2024, an application for putting JM HOLDINGS 2019 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2024-404-382. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 18 April 2024 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Hongli Chen and Geyuan Li as trustees of the Hongli Chen Family Trust, whose address for service is at the offices of Loo & Koo Solicitors, Level 1, 8 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Fui Loong Chan, whose address is as noted above.
