Pursuant to section 5ZI(3)(a) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002, this notifies my decision to amend New Zealand’s first emissions reduction plan. The amended emissions reduction plan can be found on the Ministry for the Environment’s website https://environment.govt.nz/publications/new-zealands-first-emissions-reduction-plan-amendment-2024.
