Notice of Exemption From the Maritime Rules

Pursuant to section 40AA(1)(a) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the exemption from the Maritime Rules on 12 November 2024, in relation to:
