ACC’s 2025/26 – 2027/28 Recommended Levy Rates

Pursuant to the Accident Compensation Act 2001

Thank you to those who participated in our recent levy consultation by providing submissions on our proposals.

Taking your feedback into consideration, we have made recommendations on levy rates and other levy-related matters included in the consultation, to the Minister for ACC.

ACC’s recommendations are outlined on https://www.acc.co.nz/levy-results alongside the original proposals and background information.

The Minister will review this advice and make final recommendations to Cabinet before the end of the year.
