The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives notice, under section 84(1)(b) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”) that on 24 October 2024, pursuant to section 84(1)(a) of the Act, the Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 8 November 2024 at 5.00pm.
