In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Steve Haszard, give notice that I have exempted CBRE Limited from compliance with regulations 17.63(7)(e) and 17.64(2)(b) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017 for the supply tank.

This exemption takes effect on 2 February 2024 and expires on 2 February 2029 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
