Revoking Section of State Highway 1N from Warkworth to Johnstone’s Hill South of Pūhoi, Auckland
Pursuant to section 103 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, the New Zealand Transport Agency gives notice with effect on and from 10 October 2024, that State highway, described in the Schedule, is revoked.
State Highway 1N from southern end of Pūhoi to Warkworth in Auckland, commencing 60m south of its intersection with Te Honohono ki Tai Road at route position 363/1.098, travelling in a generally southerly direction to the south abutment of Titfords Bridge at route position 373/9.552.
From the south abutment of Titfords Bridge at route position 373/9.552, to the endpoint at the northwestern boundary of Fowler Access Road at route position 381 – R2/0.005, the area to be revoked is defined as the area shaded in blue on drawing 522913-W00001-DRG-RO-0001 with the boundary to be legalised shown as the red line.
The length of road to be revoked is 17.90 kilometres.
