Pursuant to clause 28(4) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations has reappointed:

Ripeka Margaret Evans, of Hātaitai,

as a director of the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund Limited, for a term commencing on 5 April 2024 and expiring on 12 September 2025.
