Pursuant to clause 28(4) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations has appointed:

Benjamin Grant Dalton, of Newtown

as Chair of the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund Limited, for a term commencing on 5 April 2024 and expiring on 5 April 2027.
