Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004—Active Modes Signs
Pursuant to subclause 4.4(4) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from the NZ Transport Agency, Waka Kotahi, (NZTA), I, Chris Rodley, National Manager, Regulatory System Design, authorise the installation and maintenance of the signs described in the Schedule of this notice:

The cyclists ahead are likely to be merging into the flow of traffic at a roundabout or at a location where dedicated cycle infrastructure discontinues. |
