Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Nos.: 6244297 and 6258596

Notice is hereby given that David Sean Webb and Robert Edward Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as receivers and managers of all the property charged of the above-named companies in favour of Bank of New Zealand on 20 December 2023 by lending documents (as defined in and incorporating the Bank of New Zealand Business Lending Master Terms and Conditions version 1) dated 17 December 2019.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers is: Deloitte, Level 18, Deloitte Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.
