Notice of Revocation of Receivership

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 26 February 2024, Damien Mitchell Grant and Adam Stevenson Botterill were not validly appointed and therefore cease to act as receivers and managers of the above-named individual due to the enforcement bar under section 11 of the Farm Debt Mediation Act 2019.
