Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Malcolm Hollis (IP25) and Stephen White (IP137), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 27 February 2024, under the terms of a security agreement entered into by the limited partnership on 17 January 2018 that we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the undertakings, property and assets of the limited partnership secured by the security agreement, with each and all of the powers conferred to the receivers under the provisions of the security agreement and at law.

Receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvent practitioners is available from the Register of Companies.
