Notice is hereby given that on 26 February 2024, Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110) and, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“Receivers”) of the company by Pablo (Aust) Pty Limited, under the powers contained in:

1. a General Security Deed granted to Aquasia Pty Limited dated 14 April 2022 (and assigned to Pablo (Aust) Pty Limited on 14 February 2024) (Aquasia GSD); and
2. a General Security Deed granted to Carlin Hotel Mortgage Pty Limited dated 14 April 2022 (and assigned to Pablo (Aust) Pty Limited on 14 February 2024) (Whites GSD)

granted by the company in relation to all of the company’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future. The property in receivership is all of the company's present and after acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
