Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Nos.: 8813948, 8813868, 8813888 and 5831527

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies by Seascape (2010) Limited on 11 December 2024 under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 21 November 2023 and deed of guarantees dated 18 September 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.
