Notice is hereby given that on 6 November 2024, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), and Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the partnership by the Bank of New Zealand, under the terms of general security agreements dated 8 August 2022. The property in receivership is all of the partnership’s present and after-acquired property.
