Notice of Appointment of a Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was on 7 February 2024 appointed by Porter Finance Limited as receiver and manager of JB LOGGING LIMITED under the powers contained in:

1. an Account Application Form dated 18 February 2020; and/or
2. a Finance Agreement dated 5 September 2018; and/or
3. a Finance Agreement dated 5 August 2020; and/or
4. a Finance Agreement dated 5 October 2021; and/or
5. the latest Auckland District Law Society General Security Agreement terms as at the date of each agreement, being forms of registrable memoranda, registration numbers 2015/4326 or 2018/4344.

Which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the debtor and all of the debtor’s present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset, other than any personal property to which Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.
