Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Leon Francis Bowker and Kristal Louise Pihama, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of KPMG, hereby give notice that on 30 October 2024, we were appointed jointly and severally, as receivers and managers of all the present and after acquired property of the company by HUK 137 Limited pursuant to the powers contained in a facility agreement and a general security deed dated on or about 15 March 2024.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
