Notice of Appointment of a Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was, on 29 October 2024, appointed by Alpha First Securities Limited as receiver and manager of the property of KOHIMARAMA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 22 November 2022, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property of the debtor and all of the debtor’s present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset, other than any personal property to which Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.
