Notice of Appointment and Ceasing to Act as Receiver and Manager

On 17 October 2024 Simon Dalton, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (Registration Number: IP14) and chartered accountant, was appointed as receiver and manager of the companies by Bizcap NZ Limited under the powers contained in a loan and security agreement dated 27 June 2024.

Notice is hereby given that from 23 October 2024 Simon Dalton has ceased to act as receiver and manager of the above-named companies.
