Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Steel Building Products (Southern) Limited on 24 October 2024 under the powers contained in the terms and conditions of trade dated 10 September 2021 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
