Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named individual by Seascape (2010) Limited on 11 October 2024 under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 10 April 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the individual.

Notice is hereby given that from 16 October 2024, Steven Khov and Kieran Jones have ceased to act as joint and several receivers of the above-named individual.
