On 11 October 2024, Payroll Partner NZ Limited, the holder of the general security deed dated 28 October 2021 appointed Stephanie Beth Jeffreys (IP#28) and Stephen Speers Keen (IP#159), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the collateral of the company.
