Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Prospa NZ Limited on 4 October 2024 under the powers contained in Line of Credit Terms and Conditions dated 16 November 2022 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
