Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 4 October 2024 Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Prime Finance Limited as receivers and managers of the property of TS DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 16 November 2023.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property, and all other property.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
