Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company and individuals by Seascape (2010) Limited on 24 September 2024 under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 1 February 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.

Notice is hereby given that from 1 October 2024, Steven Khov and Kieran Jones have ceased to act as joint and several receivers of the above-named company and individuals.
