Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 20 September 2024, Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the above-named company and individual. The receivers were appointed by George Michael Gordon Hunter pursuant to a general security agreement dated 31 May 2019.
