Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 12 September 2024, Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the above-named company. The receivers were appointed by Garry Brown pursuant to a general security agreement dated 15 December 2023.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 12 September 2024, Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the shares held in ROTORUA WELL-DRILLING CO LIMITED by the above-named individuals. The receivers were appointed by Garry Brown pursuant to a specific security agreement dated 15 December 2023.
