Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Metal Line Roofing Limited on 13 September 2024 under the powers contained in a Terms and Conditions of Trade dated 31 July 2020 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
