Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 11 September 2024 at 2.40pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named company by Lock Finance Limited, pursuant to a general security deed executed in September 2016. The property in receivership includes all present and after-acquired property (including personal property and other property).
