Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 31 January 2024, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property (including personal property and other property) of Amandeep Singh and Amarjit Kaur as the trustees of Takhar Trust.

The receivers and managers were appointed by Rabobank New Zealand Limited under the terms of a security instrument dated 13 May 2020.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. Further information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
