Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 29 July 2024 at 4.20pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named entities by the Otto Trust, pursuant to security instruments dated 2 March 2017, 11 April 2022 and/or 11 December 2023.
The property in receivership includes all present and after-acquired property (including personal property and other property).
