Notice of Appointment of a Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was on 19 July 2024 appointed by the Bank of New Zealand as receiver and manager of the property of BAY YARDING LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 9 December 2016, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future, and BAY YARDING BUSINESS TRUST under the powers contained in a security interest dated 24 March 2018, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
