Notice is hereby given that on 21 December 2023, Rees Logan, Paul Manning, and Thomas Rodewald, all Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP34, IP37 and IP49 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company by the Bank of New Zealand Limited under the terms of a general security deed dated 18 November 2014.

The property in receivership is all the company’s present and after-acquired property and land.
