Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 25 January 2024, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property (including personal property and other property) of the above-named company. The receivers and managers were appointed by Pallas Commercial Lending Limited under the terms of a security agreement dated 15 December 2022.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. Further information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
