Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald (IP49) and Paul Thomas Manning (IP37), both chartered accountants of BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1, The Hub on Cameron, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga, with reference to BARRIO EXPRESS PAPAMOA LIMITED (in receivership) hereby give notice that on 1 July 2024 Warren Thomas Lippi-Smith, Megan Marie Lippi-Smith and Nancy Ann Lippi as trustees of the Lippi-Smith Family Trust appointed them as receivers and managers of the property of BARRIO EXPRESS PAPAMOA LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers granted in a general security agreement dated 28 June 2019. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property, personal property, and all other property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future of the company.
