Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 24 June 2024, Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner IP43, was appointed receiver of the above company by Kyle David Anderson and Deborah Anderson pursuant to the loan deed and general security agreement dated 1 December 2023 which property consists of all present and after acquired property.

Receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
