Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 11 June 2024, Colin Anthony Latham Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), and Diana Clare Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“Receivers”) of the company by ASB Bank Limited, under the terms of a General Security Deed dated 27 September 2019. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
