Notice of Termination of Receivership

Gareth Russel Hoole and Clive Robert Bish of Level 2, 5–7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland were, on 13 September 2022, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of R.W. & A.C. KING LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership) under the provisions of a General Security Agreement dated 31 October 2018.

That appointment ceased with effect from 4.30 pm on 11 June 2024, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidators.

This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
